My photography
Since I discovered my mom's camera from the 70s back in 2007, I started photographing my surroundings. As a curious individual, I used photography as a window to the world. I started shooting on film, and I continue 15 years later because of its warmth, the grain, and its ability to communicate an atmosphere. I also love the rigor it brings, as every roll and frame are (literally) precious. No wasting of shots "that we'll delete after".
My approach to photography is to keep it as raw as possible. I rarely edit my shots, and I take only one or two shots of a subject that attracts my eye. These subjects can be anything, but I have a weakness for human habitations and lifestyles, nature and hidden geometries.
